Karen is passionate about clear communications and founded Lingua in 2005. She is listed on Women 1st’s Top 100 Most Influential Women in Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism and serves on the executive board of the Cross-sector Safety & Security Communications Hub, a partnership between the government, police and private sector set up to enable businesses in London and beyond to prepare for business as usual in the lead up to, during and as legacy after the Olympic Games.

Lingua is an independent communications agency that specialises in travel, tourism hospitality, leisure and sport, offering intentional, expressive communications across a variety of platforms, both domestically as well as in multi-cultural and international environments.
